Final Cut Help

I'm trying to export my video as a .mov from Final Cut Pro. I've done this before by going to File>Export>QuickTime Movie>Save to Desktop

This time it only exports a 5 second black clip. I've tried multiple settings for the compression with no luck. What am I missing? Why can't I save?

anybody have a spare sony battery?

It would appear that the cord that came with my video camera doesn't actually charge my video camera. project due tomorrow. i'm feeling awesome right now

Oh Shit Moment

I bought this awesome frame to use today. then took it apart to size it for matting, and what I thought was part of the picture that was framed in it was actually painted on the glass!

thankfully i later found that they make glass replacements and i found one that fit.

Hi all,Mostly I just remembered that Rose (I think it was Rose) posted a morning benders video here a while ago, so that's why I'm posing this to the blog:

I have 2 tickets to see The Morning Benders and Miniature Tigers (who are not very well known but are HILARIOUS guys and their music is fantasticcccccc and I LOVE THEM) in Boston on Saturday the 17th, but there is a giant cake decorating contest on campus that night that I'm participating in...

SO DOES ANYONE WANT TO GO SEE THESE TWO REALLY AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME BANDS FOR A VERY VERY LOW PRICE?

I paid like $30 total for the tickets, but I'd be willing to go for way less, since I would rather someone go and have fun than have the tickets wasted!
